Not every organization needs a full RevOps team to run efficient, scalable marketing systems. What you do need is someone who understands how your tools, workflows, data, and teams connect; and who can help you get more value from what you already use. I can provide smarter systems, smoother workflows, and stronger performance.
My automation and systems expertise supports two types of companies:
I’m not a MarTech or RevOps engineer; but with deep experience across platforms like ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Zapier, WordPress, Drupal, and more, I help you make your systems work smarter, cleaner, and more intentionally.
You don’t need an overcomplicated tech stack to run great marketing. You just need your systems to work: cleanly, consistently, and with purpose.

Governance-Friendly Execution (for Enterprise Teams)
I plug into your existing rules, workflows, and approval structure—keeping everything structured, compliant, and properly documented.
I’m a marketing strategist with over 20 years of experience helping organizations turn ideas into clear, effective, and measurable marketing programs. My background spans demand generation, go-to-market execution, and data-driven strategy, with work across Fortune 50/500 brands, global consultancies, SaaS companies, small community vendors, and the public-sector.
As a freelancer (president, owner-operator of MKTG 4 HIRE, Inc), I've led GTM efforts for major launches—most recently KPMG’s Salesforce Agentforce debut—and built large-scale programs like Deloitte’s AI/ML alliance marketing engine. I’m hands-on, collaborative, and focused on creating structure, momentum, and results. In addition, I hold a master’s degree in marketing, write and ghostwrite on enterprise tech and industry applications, and have some experience teaching as an adjunct professor. My upcoming book, Marketing by Checklist, brings my practical, repeatable approach to a wider audience.
I maintain a trusted network of vetted marketing specialists available for clients who need deeper expertise for complex initiatives or major launches. When appropriate, I can assemble and manage the right team—designers, developers, SME contributors, analysts, and more—to deliver seamless execution and specialist-level quality without full-agency overhead. This flexible bench allows me to scale, adapt, and match the ambition of any project.
These specialists aren’t random people: they’re trusted partners I’ve worked with across multiple engagements, each selected for consistent quality, reliability, and depth of expertise. Their proven track records allow me to bring specialized skills into a project with confidence, ensuring every deliverable meets professional standards and supports the broader strategy (as well as my very high expectations).

People who know me will tell you I don’t dwell on the subjective, but I do make decisions deliberately. That’s why I enjoy explaining the meaning behind my logo.
The MKTG 4 HIRE, Inc. logo blends a symbol of growth with a symbol of illumination, reflecting my approach to marketing: turning insight into strategic, impactful outcomes. It represents clarity, momentum, and transformation; where ideas are nurtured and guided into measurable results. This mark (along with the color choices) captures my commitment to helping ideas evolve from initial spark to full bloom.
Marketing by Checklist distills years of hands-on expertise into a practical, repeatable system for doing marketing with clarity and confidence. It’s built to remove guesswork, streamline execution, and ensure every initiative moves with purpose. The manuscript is currently in final editing and review, and will be published soon. This book reflects my commitment to making marketing actionable—transforming complexity into simple, reliable steps that drive results.
